Private pay
A care coordinator discusses the schedule and tasks before providing pricing. Ask what is included, how schedule changes are handled and when charges begin.
Long-term-care insurance
Peacemaker helps clients complete insurer-required service paperwork at no additional charge. Coverage, benefit triggers, elimination periods, provider requirements and reimbursement decisions remain controlled by the policy and insurer.

There is no approved universal rate for every schedule. Pricing varies with appointment length, days of the week and total hours and is discussed after the care request is understood.
Does Medicare pay for this service?
Do not assume coverage. Peacemaker provides non-medical home care, and any payer decision depends on the applicable program or policy. Confirm directly with the payer.
Will Peacemaker guarantee reimbursement?
