I worked as a private duty nurse in the Philippines for eight years, specializing in the care of elderly, bedbound patients. After moving to the U.S., I transitioned into caregiving, which allows me to continue my passion for providing compassionate and dedicated support to those in need.
Beyond caregiving, I bring a range of skills that enhance the care and comfort of those I support. I have a strong passion for interior design, creating warm and functional spaces that improve well-being. I also enjoy cooking, ensuring meals are both nutritious and enjoyable. Organization comes naturally to me, helping to maintain a clean and efficient living environment. Additionally, I have a deep ability to connect with both the elderly and individuals with special needs, fostering trust and companionship in a meaningful way.

I bring myself and enjoy making others feel as independent as they can be.
Don't let her modesty fool you! Latosha has a way of really connecting with clients. She is a favorite with those that are in her care. She has a big heart and defines the term "clutch under pressure". It is amazing to see her work in action. She is also an excellent driver, previously using her CDL. Snow and bad weather do not deter her. We are proud to have her on our team!
I started caregiving my senior year of high school, 32 years ago. I was a student aid in the special needs class, and after school would care for one of the students. My grandma was a special needs caregiver, so it came naturally to me. After graduation, I started caregiving for the elderly, as well as special needs adults. I went to nursing school and graduated as an LPN in 2004. I worked the medical/surgical floor of a hospital for 4 years, then took several years off to raise my children.
When I decided to get back into the workforce, I knew that I wanted to be back in the home setting. That is where I shine and am called to service. I like forming connections with my clients and knowing that I am truly making a difference in an individual’s life. I love listening to their stories and hearing about their lives.
I connect well with both special needs and elderly clients. I am skilled in all areas of caregiving, including cooking, cleaning, and organizing. I take pride in my client’s needs being met. I enjoy taking clients into the community and giving them the best quality of life possible. I also like being there to support them at doctor appointments.
I believe what makes Peacemaker stand out is the owner. Paul Osting is in this business for all the right reasons and it shows. His priority is providing top-notch care for his clients, while also giving exceptional support to his caregiving team.
I started working as a caregiver when my grandfather was sick. I was young and able to help him with his care. I made sure he took his medication, helped with his feeding, escorted him to the bathroom, assisting with bath etc. Seeing my hard working grandfather not being able to do for himself made me sad. I want to work to help others that can’t help themselves.
I enjoy talking and building a bond with my clients. It is also important to connect with families which makes the job rewarding.
Beyond working in the health field, I have a strong passion for the beauty industry, like doing hair, fashion and make-up. I enjoy decorating and interior design. I think of myself as a good cook and take pride in maintaining a clean environment.

What makes peacemakers different than other agency’s is it’s a small circle which makes it very personal for the caregivers and the clients and the clients and workers become familiar with everyone in the circle.
As the oldest of five children, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and compassion from a young age. This innate desire to care for others led me to pursue a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Throughout my 17-year journey, I've been driven by a passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
In addition to my professional experience, my hobbies and personal interests have equipped me with unique skills that enhance my ability to provide exceptional care. As a skilled hairstylist, singer, and cleaner, I bring a holistic approach to caregiving that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those I serve.
This aspiration led me to pursue certification as a CNA. Throughout my training, I received extensive education on caring for diverse populations, including Med-Surg, Labor and Delivery, Acute Care, Brain Injury, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My training also emphasized the importance of verbal and non-verbal communication.
As I embark on this new chapter with Peacemaker, I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to a new team. Under the leadership of Paul Osting, I'm confident that I'll continue to grow and thrive as a professional CNA. My goal is to provide exceptional care, compassion, and kindness to those I serve, and I'm excited to see the impact I can make.
